THE SOKRIT CHARITY FOUNDATION GIVES BACK

Change a person's life by becoming a Sponsor

One-fifth of the global population of out-of-school children reside in Nigeria, a phenomenon attributed to several factors. Research shows that one of the most significant factors leading to this situation is the cost of education. While primary and secondary education is for some public schools are free in Nigeria, many parents struggle to cover other educational expenses such as books and exam fees, making it challenging for some children to access education.

Insecurity is also a significant factor, particularly in the Northern part of the country where abductions of students are becoming increasingly prevalent, causing fear among parents and keeping their children away from schools. Public schools, in particular, lack the proper infrastructure and facilities to function effectively, further exacerbating the problem. The inadequate security personnel in government-owned schools also limits access to safe education, making it difficult for pupils to attend and get the education they need.

The Sokrit Charity Foundation
Sponsorship Program is created to bridge this gap , by sponsoring out of school children, moving children in unsafe areas to safe or private schools; Our vision is that everyone from all walks of life acquire quality education and become positive contributing members of the society.
At TSCF we believe no child deserves to be out of school or
have the quality of their education compromised; irrespective of their financial situation.

Our sponsorship program covers tuition fees, books, transportation, and lunch cost.
These beneficiaries are identified by the foundation in partnership with some community leaders and advocates. They are identified based on their circumstances, and their desire to acquire education.

Beneficiaries and their family must be willing to commit to finish the program which will start from either Primary 1 to 6 (Grade 1 to 6) or from JSS 1 to SS3
(Secondary School) and higher Education too.

The only criteria is their willingness to learn.

Our program is nondiscriminatory. We accept students from any gender, religion, or cultural background.
